• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals are processed only via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occur during KYC verification or due to banking system issues.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳10,000). Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are withdrawable only after being wagered a minimum of 10 times.
• Validity Period: If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some games (such as certain live tables) may not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements.

977bet uses trusted third-party data sources to verify the authenticity and results of all betting events. In the event of a dispute over any event outcome, the official announcement by the relevant government body or primary sports governing authority shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 977bet. Violating these rules will result in permanent account termination and may lead to legal action:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account or personal information.
• Using 977bet for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Harassment, offensive, or hate-based conduct on the platform.

977bet reserves the right to immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide KYC verification.
• Self-exclusion request.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 2 years).

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying our support team via email. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

The Bangla version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative text. In the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bangla version shall prevail.
